Financing Procedure

1. You or your customer places an order in your personal IonWays WebStore.2. On the payment page, select payment method as: “Financing, Payment Plan or Payment by Mail” and click “Continue”.

3. On the next page the financing information will be displayed on the left side. (At this point your order is pending financing approval and will show as “New” in your Order History until the financing is approved and funding is received by IonWays.

4. Next, click on “Click Here” as shown below (this will bring you to the credit application wizard).

5. Pay the $19.95 non-refundable fee.

6. Complete and submit the online application that appears in the new internet browser window. Please be sure to provide the email address you would like the finance company to send notification to.

7. Please allow two business days for a response regarding your application.

8. When the loan is approved, you will be notified by Medicard by telephone.

9. Medicard will confidentially fax the documents to you for your signature.

10. You sign and fax the documents with a personalized void check and a copy of photo ID to Medicard.

11. Medicard pays IonWays directly.

12. Your order is released for shipment and will ship the next business day.

13. Your monthly payment is electronically debited from your checking account. 

Financing FAQs

1. How long does this process take? The IonWays order and Medicard loan application can be completed online in minutes. Please allow up to 24 hours for the Finance Company to process your loan request.

2. How do I find out about the status of my loan application? You will be notified by phone by Medicard as soon as they have processed your loan application, whether you are approved or not.

3. Who do I contact to make corrections to my loan application? You may call the credit department at 888-689-9876.

4. Does the application have to be submitted online? No, the application can be faxed to the number listed below. First, complete the IonWays order, using the Financing payment option. Pay the $19.95 application fee on the IonWays site. Proceed to the Medicard site and download the loan application, complete it and fax it in to Medicard at 888-689-9862 or mail it to the address listed below. Faxing or mailing the application may slow down the loan application process.

5. What if my loan is not approved? If you do not qualify for financing from Medicare, you can also still process your IonWays order using a different payment method. You can contact support@ionways.com with your credit card information or pay by mail, using a Cashier’s Check or Money Order.

6. Your order will be deleted after 45 days if it remains unpaid.
