Procedure
1. Log in to your personal IonWays eOffice and go to SHOP NOW and place
your order.
2. On the payment page, select payment method as: “Financing, Payment
Plan or
Payment by Mail” and click “Continue”.
3. On the next page the financing information will be displayed on the
left side. (At this point your order is pending financing approval and
will show as “New” in your Order History until the financing is approved
and funding is received by IonWays.
4. Next, click on “Click Here” as shown in the example below (this will
bring you to the credit application wizard).

5. Pay the $19.95 non-refundable fee.
6. Complete and submit the online application that appears in the new
internet browser window. Please be sure to provide an email address for
our reply.
7. Please allow two business days for a response regarding your
application.
8. When the order is approved for the Payment Plan option, an email with
a Plan Approval Notification attachment will be sent to the email
address provided on the application form. If you are in agreement with
the Installment Plan and wish to move forward, please click reply in
your email software and notify us that you wish to proceed.
9. Once IonWays receives the email reply, the Promissory Note is
generated and emailed to you.
10. Please print the documents that are attached to the email and fill
out accordingly. Leaving off required information may cause a
delay in processing.
11. Overnight the completed loan documents and supporting documentation
to IonWays thru a traceable method such as UPS or FEDEX.

12. Once IonWays receives the completed signed documents, your personal
information is submitted to the verification department for
authenticity. Please allow up to two business days for loan
verification.
13. Once your personal information is verified, IonWays will process
your initial payment.
14. When required payment(s) is received, your order is released for
shipment and will ship the next business day.
Payment Plan FAQs
How long does this process take?
The IonWays order and creditapplication can be completed online in
minutes. Please allow up to 2 business days for review. Orders approved
immediately for the payment plan will generally process in less than one
week. Applications requiring more time to get to approval generally ship
in 2 weeks, but may take longer. Please keep in mind that much of the
time frame is dependent upon your response time.
How do I find out about the status of my application?
You will be notified by email as soon as we have reviewed your
application, whether you are approved or not.
Who do I contact to make corrections to my application?
Please wait until you are contacted by our staff regarding your order.
You may point out any items that need correction or updating at that
time.
Does the application have to be submitted online? Yes.
What supporting documentation to I need to submit?
Provide copy of credit/debit card to show both front and back of card,
as well as a copy of current Driver’s License and a current utility or
telephone bill in same name as on Driver’s License with address to match
shipping address on ionizer order.
What if my application is not approved?
You can also still process your IonWays order using a different payment
method. You can contact IonWays Support at (775) 324-2400, x 3030 with
your credit card information or pay by mail, using a Cashier’s Check or
Money Order.

1. You or your customer places an order in your personal IonWays
WebStore.

attachment will be sent to the email address provided on the application
form for review. If you are in agreement with the Loan Approval
Notification and wish to move forward with the loan, please click reply
in your email software and notify American Benefit Credit (ABC) that you
are in agreement with the Loan Approval Notification.
9. Once ABC receives the email reply, the loan documents are generated
and emailed to you.
10. Please print the loan documents that are attached to the email and
fill out accordingly. Leaving off required information may cause a
delay of your loan processing.
11. Overnight the completed loan documents to ABC thru a traceable
method such as UPS or FEDEX.

12. Once ABC receives the signed loan documents, your personal
information is submitted to the verification department for
authenticity. Please allow up to two business days for loan

13. Once your personal information is verified, IonWays receives funding
from ABC.
14. Your order is released for shipment and will ship the next business

How do I find out about the status of my loan application?
You will be notified by email by ABC as soon as they have processed your
loan application, whether you are approved or not. BE PATIENT – they
want to help you.

Does the application have to be submitted online?
No, the applications can be faxed to the number listed below. First,
complete the IonWays order, using the Financing payment option. Print
the online loan application, complete it and fax it in to ABC at
888-224-2729. Faxing the application may slow down the loan application
process.
What if my loan is not approved?
If the loan is not approved, the applicant will be contacted by our loan
specialists to discuss further options, such as a cosigner or a payment
plan.
What if my loan is still not approved?
If you do not qualify for financing from ABC or an Isis Plan, you can
also still process your IonWays order using a different payment method.
You can contact IonWays Support at (775) 324-
2400, x 3030 with your credit card information or pay by mail, using a
Cashier’s Check or Money Order.
